Role

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and driven (pun intended) Support Specialist to join our team. As the main point of contact offering support to our members, you’ll play a crucial role in embodying our commitment to exceptional service, and ensuring our members get the most out of their SimpleCar. Your daily interactions with our members will be instrumental in shaping their perception of our brand and ensuring their journey with us is not just positive but truly memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure past, current, and future subscribers have an excellent experience from application to delivery and vehicle return
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and swaps
• Schedule general maintenance for the SimpleCar fleet
• Answer subscriber questions on the phone, email, and through chat
• Maintain database with subscriber billing, contracts, and vehicle information up-to-date
• Help improve internal tools to provide an effortlessly extraordinary subscriber experience
